In 2017, when land to the west of Stop 31 became available, our goals were simple: preservation and conservation. Through a grassroots and strictly voluntary effort, the Association secured a loan. Due to the generosity of our members, we have made tremendous progress towards our obligations, but still have work to do.

Are you ready, Shoreland Hills! Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend, starting at 5pm, we will be celebrating a very cool accomplishment! Securing a loan and paying it off (3 years early, no less!) due to the generosity of so many of our neighbors...truly a community of folks who share a common vision of "Preserving Precious Lakefront, 100 feet at a time!"
